Mission Statement

Pickwick Mill Incorporated is a non-profit organization with its interest centered on the restoration and maintenance of the historic Pickwick Mill. This landmark is to serve as a working model of a commercial grist mill for educating special interest groups and the general public on the history of flour milling, milling technologies, and their developments.
